Unique Tip-Cone

  • The tip cone of Vertex® Mini (3μl, 5μl, 10μl, 20μl) is designed to accept regular 200μl tips, ultra micro tips up to 20μl, and 1000μl tips.
  • Using ultra micro tips for volumes up to 20μl enhances accuracy and precision significantly.

Two-step plunger

Two Step Plunger Operation

  • This is a unique feature that makes Mini Vertex® and Vertex® Pro micropipettes special.
  • Two-step plunger operation facilitates super blowout from the tip (last drop dispensing), resulting in very high accuracy and precision.
  • This also allows the Mini Vertex® to be used for reverse pipetting and repetitive pipetting.
